Understanding Your Rental
Familiarize yourself with our essential policies regarding cancellations, security deposits, and facility use.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to a fee. Review full terms upon booking.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is held and returned within 7 business days after a satisfactory post-event inspection.
Facility Use Rules
Our pavilion is a community space. We ask all renters to adhere to guidelines for noise, waste disposal, and general respect for the property and our neighbors.
What's Included
Amenities & Setup
Your full-day rental includes access to our spacious main hall, covered outdoor patio, and manicured lawns. We provide essential event furniture, ensuring a comfortable setup for your guests.
Standard tables and chairs are provided for up to 100 guests. Access to a basic prep kitchen with a refrigerator and sink is also included. Renters are responsible for all cleaning duties post-event.
