We allow outside catering to give you full flexibility for your event. We ask that all caterers adhere to our facility guidelines for setup and cleanup.

How far in advance can I book the pavilion?
You can secure your full-day venue rental up to 12-18 months in advance. Please note a 48-hour minimum lead time is required for all instant online reservations.

Can I book the pavilion for multiple days?
Yes, our instant availability calendar allows you to select a range of dates for multi-day bookings. A one-day cleaning buffer is automatically applied after each reservation to ensure the venue is pristine for the next event.
